Josh Deutsch Quintet at The Royal Room

New York based trumpeter & composer Josh Deutsch returns to his native Seattle, appearing at the Royal Room July 16 alongside some of Seattle's finest... Hans Teuber on sax, Dawn Clement on piano, Evan Flory-Barnes on bass & D’Vonne Lewis on drums. Deutsch has performed throughout the country and internationally with such groups as the Duke Ellington Big Band, the Sofia Rei Sextet and Pedro Giraudo's Expansions Big Band, as well as his own projects. The quintet appears here playing Deutsch's original music, along with a few re-imagined familiar songs.
