Experience a fun-filled street party under the stars with some of South Carolina's most popular straight-ahead and contemporary jazz musicians, and plenty of food and refreshments on East Carolina Avenue between Fourth and Fifth streets in downtown Hartsville.

The featured act this year will be the Bhakti Project, which is led by Hartsville native Bhakti Larry Hough, who now lives in Hemingway, SC. The Bernie Kenerson Group of Myrtle Beach and the Jazz Messengers of Florence will also perform.
