Since 2004, Raynald Colom is one of the most popular musicians applied for the Spanish scene. The association of jazz music and modern music has been given several awards including the prize for best trumpeter -2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005 - the award for jazz album of 2005 (Award Enderrock). In 2007 Raynald Colom was named as rising star in "The Euro Django Awards. Appointed by critics as one of the tougher and consolidated realities of the catalan jazz, opens the 18th edition of the Festival Jazz Figueres, in Quartet along with Jos Reinoso, Tom Warburton and Ramn-ngel Rey.
