Interplay Jazz Band Performs At The Rally For Real Democracy In Amherst at The Harp

The Rally for Real Democracy in Amherst is to preserve the town meeting form of government (240 members) by defeating proposed Town Council idea (13 people) from moving forward. The council would eliminate the current checks and balances that exist, allow developers to continue to push people out through expedited projects that will drive up rents on working families and retirees, and will destroy neighborhoods with haphazard zoning changes.

The Interplay Jazz Band will close out the rally at 3:00 PM after The Way (Noon-1:00 PM), Riley Godleski (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM), and The Doug Hewitt Group (2:00 PM to 3:00 PM) perform....
