Tim Warfield, the saxophonist known for his swaggering tenor tone and his long association with the legendary Queen of the Hammond B-3 Organ Shirley Scott, will be performing at the Jazz Bistro in St. Louis. He and his stellar group will be performing music from his latest release JAZZLAND, which incorporates slow smoltering grooves oozing, with a soulful approach that explores the more swinging and funky sounds of jazz. This week of performances will feature his friend and bandmate, the powerful trumpeter Terell Stafford.
