Join with the Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association as we present our annual jazz scholarship competition. We return this year to the Manhattan Casino, the heart of the historic jazz center of St. Petersburg. The five premier artists from area high schools will compete for scholarship awards from Al Downing Jazz as they perform with rhythm section jazz pros Fred Hunter, John Jenkins, and Phil Magallanes.
