Performing this week on Erik Hempel's Residency at the Hangar will be drummer James Varnardo (Dickey Betts, Staton Moore, the Meters, and more) and guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Phil Magallenas (Al Di Meola, Arturo Sandoval, Blood Sweat and Tears, and more)! This set will be held in partial celebration of the beginning of Latin history month, and will feature a variety of reimagined jazz standards and original compositions.
