Palladium Creative Fellow, LaRue Nickelson, leads a band of Tampa Bay’s finest jazz musicians to showcase an evening of all original music.

LaRue Nickelson is a jazz guitarist/composer from Tampa. LaRue has played in New York, Italy, South Africa, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Montreux, and California as well as festivals and clubs in the Tampa Bay area. LaRue has performed with Peter Erskine, Chick Corea, Giovanni Hildalgo, Frank Foster, Adam Nussbaum, Paquito D’rivera. LaRue is also a composer with more than 75 compositions to his credit. LaRue has released 6 solo projects featuring his original compositions.
