The Filthy Six played with this formation in Finland in Oct 2015 and now return for four shows at the end of January, with concerts in Espoo, Tampere and Ylläs.
The Filthy Six is the brainchild of trumpet player-composer Nick Etwell, the touring trumpet player for Nathaniel Ratliff and the Grammy-winning British group Mumford and Sons. He leads his own group the Filthy Six who spread the soul-jazz gospel around the world in three different formations.  The Finnish concerts will be with Frank Walden on sax (Tom Jones / Amy Winehouse) and James Fenn on guitar, with Finns Kari Paavola, Heikki Laine and Sami Nieminen as the rhythm section....

The Filthy Six saapuu toistamiseen Suomeen UK/FIN -erikoiskokoonpanolla!
Kari Paavolan vetämällä Töölön Funk Klubilla syksyllä 2015 ihastuttanut The Filthy Six saapuu Suomeen neljän konsertin kiertueelle.  
Yhtye on trumpetisti Nick Etwellin (Mumford and Sons/ Nathaniel Rateliff) soul-jazz-pumppu, joka kiertää muutamassa kokoonpanossa ympäri maailmaa. Suomen konserteissa kuullaan saksofonisti Frank Waldenia (Tom Jones/Amy Winehouse), James Fenn (James Taylor Quartet) sekä Suomen rytmiseppiä Kari Paavolaa, Heikki Lainetta  ja Sami Niemistä. The Filthy Six julkaisi kolmannen levynsä Acid Jazz Recordsin kautta keväällä 2016.
