NJW is pleased to welcome the Alex Graham Quartet to the Jazz Cave for the next Snap on 2&4 concert event on Friday, March 22.

Alto saxophonist Alex Graham has performed with a variety of artists including Diane Schuur, The Four Tops, Nnenna Freelon, The Temptations, Jim Rotondi, Rodney Whitaker, Peter Bernstein and many more. After living in New York City for ten years, Graham returned to his native Michigan to become the music director at Grand Hotel in 2001. His groups have performed at festivals and clubs all over the United States and have opened concerts for Dave Brubeck, The Count Basie Orchestra and John Pizzarelli, among others. Alto saxophonist Alex Graham has performed with a variety of artists including Diane Schuur, The Four Tops, Nnenna Freelon, The Temptations, Jim Rotondi, Rodney Whitaker, Peter Bernstein and many more. Graham completed his doctorate in Jazz Studies at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY in 2009 and he holds the title of Assistant Professor of Saxophone at Belmont University. His latest CD on Origin Records, Brand New, was ranked in the top 50 nationally for airplay.

The rest of the quartet is composed of 3 of Nashville's finest players: Joe Davidian (piano), Michael Rinne (bass), and Josh Hunt (drums). It is sure to be an amazing performance.



The show will consist of 2 sets, beginning at 8pm. Doors open at 7:15.

Admission is $20 / $10 high school and college students with ID.
