For the first Snap on 2&4 of 2014, we're delighted to feature the return of guitarist Geary Moore, with an organ-based quartet featuring Hammond B-3 ace Charles Treadway, trombonist Roland Barber, and drummer Ted Tretiak. The concert takes place Friday, January 10, 8pm, and will be a soul-jazz feast that to delight everyone who's a fan of jazz guitar and organ (and that's everybody, right?).

Geary Moore moved to Nashville after a 30-year career in New York as a jazz guitarist. A protege of George Benson and Jimmy Ponder, Mr. Moore has worked with jazz luminaries such as Jimmy McGriff, Arthur Prysock, Slide Hampton, T.S. Monk, David "Fathead" Newman, Dr. Lonnie Smith, and many others. He also taught, for 5 years, at the world famous JAZZMOBILE in Harlem, NY....
