The Dutch Double Bass Festival in De Electriciteitsfabriek, The Hague, The Netherlands, on the 19th, 20th and 21st of May is the world's first double bass festival aimed at a wide audience of music lovers! Taking place in the raw surroundings of a disused power plant, the festival will feature more than 15 acts with the double bass in the leading role ranging from classical to jazz, avant-garde and crossover. The Dutch Double Bass Festival is a festival that isn't solely aimed at bass players but instead an event that also appeals strongly to all lovers of good music.
