The leader quintet of Patrick Bartley, a saxophonist and composer/arranger born in 1993, will make its appearance at Oh!Jazz. A native of Hollywood, Patrick studied music extensively at the Manhattan School of Music and has appeared on the popular American television show "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" with John Batiste as music director & personality, as well as Dave Matthews, Steve Miller, he has performed with world-class musicians such as Dave Matthews, Steve Miller, The Chainsmokers, and Wynton Marsalis. Also participating on this stage will be jazz guitarist Mei Inoue, who has achieved international success as a jazz guitarist. In November of this year, he just successfully performed at the EFG London Jazz Festival in London and at Club Matador in Madrid, which was organized by Oh! Jazz. It is expected to be a dynamic stage full of ideas with up-and-coming musicians. Patrick's wide, free, and bold phrasing is well worth seeing on stage.
