Tenorman BOB BROUGH is ‘The Senator’ in Globe & Mail jazz critic Mark Miller’s book ‘Boogie, Pete, and The Senator’, published in the late ‘80s. In 2003, Brough opened for The Herbie Hancock All-Stars to kick off the Ottawa International Jazz Festival. He is an integral member of several Toronto bands including The Jive Bombers, the Peter Hill Quintet, the George Koller Quartet, and the Greg Pilo Quartet.
