Award-winning saxophonist and composer, Montreal’s Chet Doxas has recorded or performed alongside many great artists such as Oliver Jones, Guido Basso, Dave Douglas, John Abercrombie, Rufus Wainwright, Maria Schneider, Joe Lovano, Jason Moran, Tim Hagans and Bill Stewart, on over 100 albums in all, but his own music is what truly inspires him to share his voice with audiences everywhere. Following up on his critically acclaimed albums “Sidewalk Etiquette” and “Big Sky,” Chet Doxas’s new quartet has brought together some of the brightest voices on the New York jazz scene: Matt Stevens, Zack Lober and Eric Doob to perform his original compositions from their new release on Addo Records, “DIVE”.
