Chris Hercules is among the new generation of spoken word artists who call themselves jazz poets. He started his journey into spoken word in 2005 and on Dec 6th he will be celebrating 10 years of poetry alongside vocalists Lisa Particelli and Glenn Sevillo. With musical accompaniment by Martin Kuwawi on guitar and Kevin Cato on saxophone. "It's like listening to a preacher in a jazz church.
