About

Award-winning, jazz organ giant AKIKO TSURUGA headlines a special Sunday afternoon program at the Lyceum Hall Arts' Center in Burlington, NJ on June 23rd. Her powerhouse quartet includes saxophone phenom MYRON WALDEN, guitar-star CHARLIE SIGLER and noted drummer BYRON LANDHAM.

Since arriving in the U.S. fro Japan, Ms. Tsuruga's fashioned an important, international reputation in jazz in less than two decades. A stalwart in jazz icon Lou Donaldson's ensembles, Ms. Tsuruga also earned "HotHouse" Magazines award in 2018 as "Best Jazz Organist."
