About
The Darla Rich Quartet will include vocal and instrumental jazz, as well as jazz infused renditions of hymns, folk songs and pop tunes from more recent decades in this program. They will highlight the important aspects of jazz through spontaneous improvisation and interaction among the musicians. Darla and Rich Tarpinian have performed in a variety of settings and their music has been appreciated by audiences of all ages across a variety of venues throughout New Jersey. For this performance, they are pleased to be joined by David Stier (drums) and Jim Stagnitto (trumpet).
