Michael Cochrane & Calvin Hill, Jazz Duo at Jacobs Music Recital Hall

The Steinway Society of Greater Princeton presents its second jazz concert of the 2013-2014 season. Jazz pianist Michael Cochrane has performed in concert halls, clubs, and colleges throughout the United States, including New York’s Village Vanguard, Sweet Basil, Blue Note, Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Merkin Hall. His touring experience spans 25 countries around the globe. “Michael Cochrane is a mature and imaginative pianist with a delicate touch and deep harmonic resources,” wrote jazz critic Dave Gelly in the Gramophone Jazz CD Guide. “He is the kind of player that jazz needs."
