Heather O'Day hails from Tucson. She has brought her jazz quintet to venues throughout Southern Arizona since 2008. With decades of experience onstage, the ensemble members all have impressive careers in their own right.

The group takes its cue from classic jazz stars like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, The Rat Pack, Dave Brubeck, Vince Guaraldi, Thelonious Monk and more. They feature a set list of the most beloved standards for vocals, piano, drums and bass, with a few unique surprises. Staged outdoors,the concert series brings great jazz to all ages, alternating Fridays at 7 p.m. The next show will feature the talented piano skills of Rob Resetar as his trio delivers an exciting performance on Friday, May 24.

Presented by Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance, the free Friday Night Live! performances, coupled with delicious food from nearby local restaurants, provide a cool way to spend the summer evenings.
