The Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame welcomes Booker Gillespie to the Jazz Depot stage in concert.

Booker Gillespie began his singing career at Cascia Hall Preparatory School in Tulsa. He went on to sing with the Oklahoma State University Concert Chorale and the OSU Jazz Ensemble, but his musical theater career began in 1987 with the musical Hair, and continued with shows like I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, The King and I, Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He spent six seasons with the Tulsa Opera Chorus, and has performed at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame as a featured performer and in other numerous productions.
