Her stunning recording output has seen her receive universal recognition including Best Jazz Vocalist and Best Album at the BBC Jazz Awards. She is a phenomenal talent on piano and her shows are renowned for their variety of raucous wit and deeply poignant interpretations of iconic and original ballads. Multi-award winning jazz singer and pianist Ian Shaw has been a life-long fan of the legendary Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame artist Joni Mitchell. This solo show, adapted to just Shaw’s voice at the piano, explores her works, from her earliest youthful confessionals through her angsty travel songs, to her more recent depictions of religions and the environment....
