Fronted by singer and guitarist Jean de Talhouet, this trio version of Kamao Quartet includes Dave Shulman on clarinet and tenor and Dave Kelbie on rhythm guitar. The repertoire ranges from hot swinging jazz featuring captivating virtuoso improvisations, bebop, traditional manouche songs, Django Reinhardt compositions, as well as original compositions. A sensitive and lively approach to Django’s legacy.
