Keith Nichols Septet at Pinner Parish Church

Pianist Keith Nichols will pick out key moments in early jazz history and recall the recordings that helped spread the jazz word world-wide. He’ll be doing that with the aid of trumpeter Mike ‘Magic’ Henry from Chris Barber’s band, Alistair Allen, trombone, saxophonist Robert Fowler, plus the always engaging banjoist/guitarist Spats Langham, another man who can summon up the styles of yesteryear, accompanied by bassist Malcolm Sked and one of Pinner’s favourites, drummer Richard Pite.
