Paul Jones and Friends at Chingford Assembly Hall

Paul has been a household name since the l960s when he topped the charts with ‘Doo Wah Diddy’, ‘The One in the Middle’, ‘Pretty Flamingo’ (for the Manfreds) and solo hits of his own. Tonight Paul brings an A-team of British blues and jazz stars to sing blues, standards – and some of his own hits!

This is one of a series of seven concerts over four weekends running from May to October organised by the National Jazz Archive to raise funds to support its work, and in particular the Heritage Lottery Fund project ‘The Story of British Jazz’.
