Mark Crooks Clarinet/Sax
A graduate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and the Guildhall School of Music, and winner of the Young Jazz Player of the Year Competition in 1991, Mark Crooks has worked in a wide range of musical settings. He is most at home in the jazz world, having played at all of London's top jazz venues and festivals across the country. Mark's own group features his clarinet and tenor with the brilliant guitar playing of Colin Oxley. Colin is a graduate of the Guildhall School who has pursued a highly successful musical career, and was voted Jazz Musician of the Year by the Worshipful Company of Musicians in 2000. In between touring and recording Colin is a professor of Jazz Guitar at the Guildhall....
