This artful modern jazz band features a nice variety of original compositions by trumpeter Kevin Elaschuk along with iconic standards. Kevin sites Miles Davis, Kenny Dorham, Woody Shaw, Lee Konitz and Don Cherry as major influences. Joining him are long-time colleagues Dave Say (saxophones), Andre Lachance (guitar), Steve Holy (bass), and Joe Poole (drums).
