Wojtek Justyna is backed up by a drilled and skilled international group of musicians. Austrian session beast Daniel Lottersberger takes the bass position, while the drum seat is reserved for German Alex Bernath. Both have supplied their grooves in the band of funk legend Jamal Thomas (Maceo Parker). Together these musicians deliver an amazingly tight and delightful grooving recipe on their 2015 debut Definitely Something. For this recording Justyna invited a number of international guests like Poliana Vieira (Re:Freshed Orchestra) and Jamal Thomas to add their own personalities into the mix. From heavy funk grooves to modern soul, from low down blues to African roots topped off with the Tree… Oh’s!? electric jazz sound Definitely Something has fusion written all over it!
