Cissa Paz - Brazilian Vocalist at Bossa Bistro

Vocal enchantress Cissa Paz, one of DC’s most popular Brazilian singers, will lead a sizzling evening of Brazilian dance music in DC’s Adams Morgan entertainment district. She and her band will cover traditional samba, forró, maracatu and other rhythms of Brazil, as well as some of Cissa’s original songs from her recently released self-titled album.

Cissa Paz is fluent not only in the Portuguese language but also in the international languages of melody, rhythm, and groove. Come dressed in white, as is the Brazilian New Year’s Eve tradition, to symbolize the bringing of peace and blessings into the New Year. The club will offer specials on caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail.
