"Strayhorn and Horne: A Love That Endures"
Lena Horne's love for Billy Strayhorn spanned years even after his death. He was her soulmate and she respected his gift; and her voice and the music she influenced will be represented in this performance by Iva Jean Ambush. Ms. Ambush along with her stellar group of musicians, Paul Carr (sax), Terry Marshall (keyboard), Dave Marsh (bass), and Harold Summey (drums) will be celebrating the music and love between Strayhorn and Horn that endures the test of time.
