Shows at 8:00 and 10:00pm at Twins on Wednesday. Jazxonix kicks into high gear with funky rhythms and complex meters, playing a range of material including hard-bop, soul-jazz tunes by Horace Silver, Ray Bryant, and Hank Mobley as well as Stefon Harris’ go-go influenced arrangement of They Won’t Go and Tim Warfield’s Shake It For Me. Jazxonix also will be playing a number of originals by band members.
