RONNIE LAWS:
Juilliard trained older brother downloaded to Ronnie, before downloading became a household word.
Met the alto sax at age 12. Started his own band in high school. Ok, so he abandoned semi-pro baseball. Led a 16 piece band way before college.
Quincy needed a tenor sax - Ronnie stepped up.
Has his own signature line of saxes.
Boney James, Rick Braun & company performed Ronnie's classic "Always There" at Montreaux Jazz Festival as a tribute.
