While growing up, Robert Zinn’s influences were many; Maynard Ferguson, Chuck Mangione, Clifford Brown, Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard, Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power and Chicago. His music reflects a variety of styles from the Jazz, Funk, Blues, RnB and Pop idioms. The group, including Sam Nobles on bass, is working on its first CD due out later this year.
