Uptown! Presents: Jazz Cocktail Hour With E. Shawn Qaissaunee And The Q Factor at Sprout Music Collective

Uptown! is kicking off the fall season of Jazz Cocktail Hour with a bang! This month, host Sara Michaels has brought us E. Shawn Qaissaunee and the Q Factor.

Jazz Guitarist E. Shawn Qaissaunee better known as "Q" brings jazz music with overtones of rock and his heritage Afghan Music. The Q Factor will also feature Saxophonist Greg Riley who is a professor in the Jazz department at WCU, and who is currently playing in the orchestra on Broadway in The Color Purple!! Also joining the band will be Bassist Jason Fraticelli, and a dynamic young Drummer Matt Scarano.

Doors open at 6:00pm. Tickets are $15 in advance and at the door....

Sprout is a member-based club. Membership fees are very reasonable, only $5.00 dollars for the entire year. If you do not already have a Sprout membership, there will be an additional $5.00 fee at the door for the yearlong membership.
