Extraordinary Renditions
Pheeroan akLaff and the akLaff Ensemble present a performance at Tufts University, capping off akLaff's three-day residency at the Granoff Music Center. The concert features material from the Pheeroan akLaff Global Mantras CD, and new works not yet recorded. Though they use jazz and international music palates, each of these pieces stand alone with structures amenable to the playersรขยย imagination.
