His love, passion and dedication for music have put him on stage with the who's who in the industry including shows with Winard Harper, Claudio Roditi, Matt Wilson, Paul Bollenbeck, The Curtis Brothers and many others. He was fortunate to join one of the last versions of legendary pianist Junior Mance and his quintet before Junior’s eventual retirement.

His latest project and newest focus, the Albert Rivera Latin Jazz Quartet features a fun, high-energy ensemble, reworking classic standards and originals. He is endorsed by Vandoren Mouthpieces, Ligatures and Reeds. Albert performs exclusively on RS Berkeley Saxophones.
