Babylove & the van Dangos has played together for 15 years now, made more than 80 songs and played around 600 concerts all over Europe and in a few Asian countries. Their coming album is their sixth and got the title “The Golden Cage” as a reference to how we live in a world where money has become the overall purpose occupying people’s life: “There’s no god above the bottom line”.

Babylove & the van Dangos bliver kaldt one of the best ska bands in the world af tyske Riddim Magazine og ligger ifølge Ox Fanzine i top-10 over verdens bedste skabands. Således placerer bandet sig i eliten inden for den jamaicanske genre ska og rocksteady. De seks musikere har for længst bevist deres værd som et sprudlende liveband med over 700 koncerter i Europa og Asien, herunder Roskilde Festival, Spot, Smukfest, This Is Ska, Berlin Ska og Dynamite Ska.
