About
One of the most inspirational British jazz musicians of modern times, his avowed intention has been to take jazz to a wider audience, a quest that he continues to achieve through self-determination, drive and extraordinary talent and ability. His music often integrates modern styles like Drum n’Bass and UK garage with contemporary jazz. Although primarily known as a saxophonist Pine is a multi-instrumentalist also playing flute, clarinet, bass clarinet and keyboards.
