The fiery tunes of Javier Sánchez and his charismatic stage presence captivated the attention of international audiences with the debut album Cuejero. Inmerso is his latest record and features an elegant collaboration between world-class flamenco singers and Scandinavian Jazz musicians. Javier demonstrates his maturity as a composer in a brilliant combination of northern acoustic sounds and passionate southern vocals.

Cuejeron musiikki imaisee kuulijansa energisten rytmien ja sydäntä särkevien melodioiden maailmaan. Näissä ainutlaatuisissa sävellyksissä toisensa kohtaavat viinistä ja rakkaudesta kertovat flamenco-laulut sekäpohjoismaalaisen jazzin tekstuurit. Tämä maukas cocktail on saanut inspiraationsa musiikillisista perinteistä, jotka alun perin syntyivät monenlaisten kulttuurien fuusioiduttua samalla maankamaralla. Soittimien syvät sävelet laulavat Cuejeron tarinat, jotka toisaalta pitävät kiinni perinteistä toisen jalan seisoessa vahvasti nyky-yhteiskunnassa.
