about Mike Cottone
Mike Cottone is a phenomenal, classically trained musician. His tenure at Juilliard Jazz in the studio of trumpet guru Chris Jaudes jump-started a busy career in and out of the city as a performer, composer, and educator. Highlights include performances at the 2009 Tony Awards show with the Broadway production of Hair, work with the Paul Anka Orchestra, appearances at Smalls Jazz Club, Rockwood Music Hall, the Living Room, the Mackinac Island Jazz Festival, the Rochester International Jazz Festival, and residencies as a clinician and performer in South America, Japan, and on board the Queen Mary 2...
