23rd Annual Hot Springs JazzFest: Jazz Mass at St. Luke's Episcopal Church

St. Luke's Episcopal Church presents this special religious service ("Jazz Mass") in conjunction with the Hot Springs Jazz Society's 2014 JazzFest (Tuesday-Sunday, 16-21 September).

NOTE: "Jazz Mass" is a religious service being held at St. Luke's Episcopal Church (228 Spring Street). It is not to be confused with "Jazz After Church," a different free event being held at First United Methodist Church (1100 Central Avenue); beginning at 2:30 pm, "Jazz After Church" presents creative interpretations of hymns and other sacred texts by a number of accomplished jazz musicians: Gary Meggs (sax, woodwinds), John Henley (trumpet), Lucas Murray (guitar), Ron Hall (keys, vocals), Byron Yancey (bass, vocals), Mike Lovelady (drums).
