Watch the best known of the Qatsi trilogy and 1982 cult film, “Koyaanisqatsi: Life Out of Balance.” Philip Glass composed the minimalist score and Godfrey Reggio directed.
The screening will be followed by an eclectic program of musicians performing selections from Glass’ work and other minimalistic-style pieces. (If you are interested in performing a piece please contact Kensie Smith at [email protected].)
Beverages will be for sale.
Admission is free. When you get to the Social Club head to the Kum & Go Theater, (the marquee is hard to miss!).
