Aki Takase & Louis Sclavis / Mâäk's Spirit feat. Joachim Kühn & Guillaume Orti at Just Jazz It Festival Brussels

When clarinet player Louis Sclavis and pianist Aki Takase first met, performing
together in Berlin in 2006, their encounter set off a long lasting musical partnership.
At the basis of their collaboration stands their shared passion for change, evolution,
intuition and dialogue. In the same way Takase enriches her classically schooled
piano play with an organic jazz feel, Sclavis opens up to different musical horizons
while composing.

to be in the mix this year. This adventurous bunch likes to see themselves as a
music lab in permanent evolution. For this special occasion they have invited French
sax player Guillaume Orti and German pianist Joachim Kühn as their guests, the
latter being one of the figureheads of the international impro jazz scene.
