Arkansas Jazz Festival: Little Rock at Riverfront Park/River Market (First Security Amphitheater/Ottenheimer Hall/River Market Pavilions/River Plaza)

On Friday, 22 April (beginning at 3:30 pm) and Saturday, 23 April (beginning at 9:00 am) the Arkansas Jazz Educators' annual Arkansas Jazz Festival (free, family-friendly, open to the public) will be held in Dardanelle (Front Street gazebo) and Little Rock (Riverfront Park amphitheater). Both sites feature performances by jazz bands from colleges, high schools, and junior high/middle schools throughout Arkansas. The festival concludes Saturday in Little Rock with a free concert (beginning at 5 pm) by Kris Berg and Lil' Metroplexity (krisbergjazz.com).
