Asbury Park -The City of Asbury Park is preparing to celebrate its 25th Annual Asbury Park Jazz Festival (APJF) June 28 and 29. Back from retirement, event founder Dina Parker-Todd and her DLP Production Team, Dwayne Kelly, Alice Irizarry and Carla Kearney are working hard to coordinate the city’s silver anniversary.

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to produce this year’s festival. Asbury Park’s largest resource has always been tourist. I believe we should start branding the festival nationally and do what other festivals do; utilize our natural resources,” says Dina Todd, CEO of DLP Productions. “Asbury Park has it all; parks, lakes, beachfront property, quaint shops, a proximity to NYC, Atlantic City Casinos, and Philadelphia that is premium. It is easily accessed by bus, rail, major highways and Newark International and Trenton-Mercer’s Airports only minutes away.
