Baltimore Jazz Festival at Baltimore Jazz Fest at Druid Hill Park

The Baltimore Jazz Alliance and Baltimore City Parks and Recreation sponsor the first-ever Baltimore Jazz Festival, from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm in Druid Hill Park, adjacent to the H.P. Rawlings Conservatory, at Gwynns Falls Parkway and Beechwood Drive. This is a free, family-friendly event.

Performances cover a range of jazz genres, including gypsy jazz, Latin jazz, contemporary jazz, funk jazz,and straight-ahead jazz - something for everyone. All performers are based in and regularly perform in Baltimore. There will be food vendors and arts-and-crafts vendors, as well as a musical "petting zoo" where youngsters can try out playing various jazz instruments. ...
