The current Restaurant at the Heathman is relocating and the new Headwaters Restaurant will open in the fall 2016.
Headwaters will occupy the old restaurant space at the Heathman Hotel, and will feature local ingredients, a raw bar, and a variety of seafood dishes.
Join Bobby and his trio to celebrate change and wish everyone well. Enjoy the intimate setting of the elegant Tea Room as Bobby's instrumental trio
