Chris Comer Quintet with NAPOLEON MADDOX at Washington Park Thursday Night Jazz Series at Washington Park

The Chris Comer Trio is a fender-rhodes based jazz group led by pianist, composer and former talk show host Chris Comer. Chris has been playing in various rock bands and theatrical productions for over 25 years until starting the jazz trio in 2009. For these Washington Park events the trio expands with the addition of a front-line horn section featuring Scott Snyder (sax) and Terry Twitty (trombone), both veterans of the Cincinnati music scene. Napoleon Maddox is the leader, MC and beatbox artist for local hip-hop aggregate ISWHAT?! ISWHAT?! started out in 1996 as a renegade hip-hop trio, focusing on live performances, and connects hip-hop with free-jazz, rock and soul in a unique way.
