I was so sad to hear that the Twisted Vine Bistro—and more importantly (to me) The Barrel Room at Twisted Vine Bistro adjacent to it were completely destroyed by Hurricane Ian. Not to fear! Matthew Creach has spent the last year completely redesigning and remodeling both spaces!— you’ll have to see it to believe it!

Right up to his sudden passing in August of 2022, my Brother and mentor, the late great Dan Miller, with Lew Del Gatto, brought real, hard swinging jazz music to the Barrel Room and to downtown. I am thrilled and honored to bring my brand of jazz and Great American Songbook music back to the area and play my part in re-lighting that torch....
