Double bassist Edouard Pennes (PARIS jazz SESSIONS, Collectif paris Swing, Tchavolo Schmitt) takes to the Jazz Club Etoile stage to present an exceptional concert with an 8-piece orchestra featuring the incredible Swedish singer Ellen Birath. On the program, a rereading of great jazz and American Song Book standards, from Frankie Wally to Ray Charles to The Platters, with original arrangements.A few months ahead of the release of her new album, Mother of Pearl, Ellen Birath will also be previewing some of her new compositions.
